Workspace Management
Workspaces can be created for different purposes and multiple targeting lists can be linked together. You can create workspaces by customer or project, share them with other relevant users, and collaboratively edit targeting lists online.
Creating a Workspace
1. Login to the ADP console and select "Advertising" -> "Targeting" menu.
2. Click the "+" button.
3. Enter the details of the workspace and click "SAVE" to save it.
Name : Name of the workspace
Description : Description of the workspace
Deleting Workspaces
1. Login to the ADP console and select "Advertising" -> "Targeting" menu.
2. Select the workspace to be shared.
3. Select "DELETE" from the drop-down menu on the right.
4. A warning message will appear and click OK to delete the workspace.
* This will delete all targeting lists contained in the workspace and cannot be recovered.
* Exported targeting lists are not affected.
Workspace Sharing
You can share workspace units with other users on ADP, allowing multiple users to manage targeting lists.
1. Login to the ADP console and select "Advertising" -> "Targeting" menu.
2. Select the workspace to be shared.
3. Select "SHARE" from the drop-down menu on the right.
4. Enter the email address of the person you wish to share with and click the "SHARE" button.
When the sharing is successfully completed, the message "Workspace shared to the user" will appear in the lower left corner of the dialog box, and an e-mail will be sent to the target user.
* The user must have an account with ADP at the time of sharing.
